Check-in starts at 3.00 pm but it is possible to arrive early and leave the luggage at the hotel in a special area to use our services.
You can keep the room until 10.30 am. In certain periods, it is possible to request a late check-out with the departure before 6.30 pm at a cost of 50 Euro, by contacting the reception the day before.

Our Reception is operational every day from 8.30 am to 9.30 pm.

Lunch is served from 12.30 pm to 2 pm, dinner from 7.30 pm to 9 pm.
Guests staying on B&B format can take advantage of our Restaurant with mandatory reservation of the table and time of the meal.
Our kitchen is specialized in the preparation of gluten-free dishes and is responsive to allergies, intolerances and special dietary needs. In order to best organize ourselves, we kindly request that you specify such needs at the time of booking. You can purchase the wines on our menu at a discounted price with the option of gift-wrapping.

Small pets (maximum 10kg) are allowed upon availability, with an additional cleaning fee of €15 per day.

The SPA is a free service reserved for hotel guests.

The hotel has an agreement with the spas of Champoluc (Monterosaterme) and Saint-Vincent.

Shuttle service to the ski slopes
The service is on request, completely free of charge, by private minibus with 8 seats to the 3 ski areas of Val d'Ayas (Estoul, Champoluc and Antagnod).

Storage room for skis and bicycles
All guests have a practical heated ski storage room with sanitary ski boot dryers and bicycle storage room with water intake for washing and tools for small repairs.
