What's your Cancellation Policy (standard rates)?
- Up to 6 days before arrival: no penalty, deposit refunded.

- Reduction in the number of nights: considered a cancellation (100% penalty).
- No-show, late arrival, or early departure: 100% penalty.
- Changes are only valid if communicated by email and approved by the property.
How does the BeSafe Rate insured rate work?
The rate includes: advance payment, non-refundable conditions, and insurance coverage (before and during your stay). Detailed terms and conditions are provided in the rate description.
How much is the tourist tax?
€1.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights.
