What are the Reception opening hours?
The staff is available from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
What time can I check in?
You can check in from 2:00 p.m.
You can arrive early and leave your luggage in a designated area.
By what time should I check out?
Check-out is by 10:30 a.m.
Can late check-out be requested?
Yes, in some periods you can request late check-out until 6:30 p.m. (€50).
Please make your request at the Reception the previous day.
What's your Cancellation Policy (standard rates)?
  • Up to 6 days before arrival: no penalty, deposit refunded.
  • From 5 days before arrival: penalty of 100% of the total stay.
  • Reduction in the number of nights: considered a cancellation (100% penalty).
  • No-show, late arrival, or early departure: 100% penalty.
  • Changes are only valid if communicated by email and approved by the property.
How does the BeSafe Rate insured rate work?
The rate includes: advance payment, non-refundable conditions, and insurance coverage (before and during your stay). Detailed terms and conditions are provided in the rate description.
How much is the tourist tax?
€1.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights.
Children under 13 are exempt.

Breakfast is served at your table in the panoramic dining room overlooking the lake, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
What are the opening hours of Ristorante Laghetto?
Lunch: 12:30 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Dinner: 7:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
B&B guests need to make a reservation.
Do you have gluten-free options?
Yes. We prepare gluten-free dishes and take allergies/intolerances into account.
However, we cannot guarantee the total absence of contamination.
Is it possible to buy wine?
Yes. The hotel wine bar sells both local and national wines, which can also be purchased at a discount and in gift boxes.
Is the bar open to external guests as well?
No, Bar Laghetto is only for guests and is open from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
